ENERGY EXPO

Solar, EVs, Heating, Weatherization, & More!

Save the Date: Oct. 4, 2025
Oxford Hills Comprehensive High School

Mark your calendars for our Energy Expo on Oct. 4, 12-4pm at Oxford Hills Comprehensive High School! In our eleventh year of hosting this event, we're broadening from the Solar & EV Expo to acknowledge all of the other elements the Expo has come to include: weatherization, heat pumps, e-bikes, and more. Come to learn how to help transition your home, business, and community to more affordable and efficient energy options, while reducing pollution and lowering our collective carbon footprint.

While the federal EV tax credit will end on September 30, just before the event, we plan to have new and used EVs for you to test drive, both from local dealerships and members of the local EV driving community. There are hundreds of EVs on the road in western Maine, and we'd like to share the reasons why they'll remain a cost-effective and efficient choice, with or without federal support.

If you have skills, information, or products you'd like to share at the Expo, please reach out! If you're interested in getting your business or organization’s name in front of our audience, please reach out to learn more about sponsorship opportunities.

Volunteers! We depend on you to make this event happen. Please fill out our short form to let us know you're interested, and we'll be in touch.

Despite recent federal setbacks, the renewable energy transition is well underway in western Maine and across the planet. Don’t miss this opportunity to be part of it!

Every year, CEBE hosts the Energy Expo as part of National Drive Electric Month. This is a great opportunity to drive electric cars, ride electric bikes, meet solar installers and more!
